why would you want to do that? thats unsafe. Where I come from you can get condoms from anywhere, sometimes even for free

The ancient Roamns used to have them. They were made of sheepskin.
Do NOT ever reuse male condoms, they will become ineffective. Also, it's pretty easy to find free condoms at various health clinics and your local Planned Parenthood (www.plannedparenthood.org).
However, there is a possibility of being able to reuse certain female condoms which are made out of polyurethane. While I really do not recommend this method, and you still need to buy new ones after a few uses, there have been studies done that show that female condoms can be washed and reused a few times and still work. BUT I still reccommend you try and find places that offer free condoms, as this is much safer.
