You can't get rid of them by tonight. If they have formed a head, I'd do a few hot compresses and hope they open - in short the best advice is a concealer then tinted moisturizer follow with a mineral powder foundation -
Acne takes a little time to heal so asking for it to happen in a few hours is a miracle.
Don't squeeze it, and do not put toothpaste on it (could make it much worse)!

pop it, and then apply vaseline immediately. and keep putting some on throughout the day, and right before you go to sleep, it will help heal it faster. it may still be swollen or a little red by tomorrow, but its worth the try.
