Why are my hands cold?!
Question: My hands are always freezing cold, no matter whether its summer or winter or whether i even have gloves on or not-the only time when theiy're warm is either when i warm them by the fire....or stay in a hot place for ages. And when its really cold outside, my hands actually go blue? can any1 tell me why?

I have the same problem. To keep your feet warm wear a sock made of a material like underarmour, covered by a thicker cotton sock. The inner sockl will wick away sweat and keep your feet warm. Make sure there is enough room in your shoes so their not stuffed in because then it doesn't give your foot enough room. Try to keep them moving.
It could be poor circulation or have to do with your diet.
You probably just have bad blood circulation. My hands are freezing right now. Move them around, it will help to warm them up. Or wear gloves.
I think you should see a doctor, because that is very strange. If the doctor you see says: oh it's nothing, then he doesn't know crap. Go to a diagnostic doctor who practices illness and rare conditions. Your body is telling you something and you got to listen to it.
you need to go see the Doctor and have some minor tests run...sounds like poor circulation..along with dangerously low blood pressure too.......
If you are over 50 could be circatory.If your feet are cold too,poss. diabetic or borderline.Smoking will eventualy clog blood veins and cause cold extremities.A doctor of internal medicine is the best advice i can give.
besides poor circulation you could be anemic
I have the same thing! and sometimes my feet but mostly my hands and mostly my right hand.. I hate it because they tend to go numb too but I can't ever find a doctor that wants to help me. they just want to write you scripts for medications.
