Need a good workout?!

Need a good workout?

Ok im 20yrs old im sorta a small guy im about 5'11 or 5'12 and weigh around 135 my arms are small and my basically i have a damn bird chest.........i dont really have the money to get a membership and i dont have any weights.......my friend told me if i do pushups and situps everynight ill get bigger and start gaining muscle but with those simple workouts is it really enought to build me up?? i dont want to get bodybuilder big just big enough to where "damn that guys built" u know? lol so can anyone answer my question............is doing pushups and situps everynight really going to help me?


Answers:

Yes they are. You can do chin ups as well. And crunches, and leg raises ... you can even fill a couple of gallon water containers and use those as free weights for lunges and squats and upright rows, deadlifts and you know.. bicep curls, tricep kickbacks... .

The army uses nothing but backpacks, boots and body weight to make all those soldiers really "built".... just stop talking about it and get into it Mr "I am about 5'12" tall".
