A guy who thinks masturbation is gross?
Just for him doing it by himself, he gets grossed out, or weirded out, but he has no problem with other sex stuff, but what is up with this?

Many of us are controlled by our upbringing. So he may have a problem with what and how he was taught sex. If his parents refereed to masturbation as self abuse you can see where it could lead. Some people can overcome their parents mores and attitudes and some can not. If you do not have a problem with other sexual relations then this is a minor thing.
