Is it normal to have a "painful" feeling on e tip area of my penis when ejaculating in a lady?
It does not happen during self-pleasure but only during sex. Is it normal or so called orgasm? Note: i do not have multiple sex partners and thus ruling out the fact of STDs. Not trying to be pervertic or funny here, but am seriously looking for some answers not found on the net. So those with relevant knowledge do advise me on this. Thank you

Unusual! but I suspect that the orgasm is stronger when you are inside a woman and that you are also feeling the extra stimulation provided by the vaginal wall.
