It depends. Are you looking to gain fat, if so, eat a lot of junk food. I'm pretty sure though that you are wanting to gain muscle. In that case eat a LOT of protein. Peanut butter, chicken, nuts, eggs, (dairy products), and protein shakes. The protein helps build muscle. Also eat carbs; pasta, bread (whole wheat), potatoes, rice (whole grain or brown rice). The carbs give you energy to workout and continue throughout the day.
