What are some easy ways for a teen-aged boy to get a 6 pack?

Basically what are some good and easy ways for a teen to work out? I'm 14 going on 15 and I'm skinny really no body muscle or fat.


Answers:

Just work out everyday, upper body one day....lower body the next. You need to start slow tho. Go to a gym and get some advice from a professional trainer.
