When I pee it rarly stings and have once had little blood, what is this? What should i do?

Well, i am not giving out age. But, around 9 months ago when i pee'd it felt as if a ant was in my penis and it stung to urniate. After that i have had no problems since, but after taking Niacin latly when i pee'd it stung a little but i noticed a little bit of blood was coming out. I do not know what to do. I dont think it is because of the Niacin "used to clean the liver". But this day i have also had odd feelings in my head as if i was going to fall but not faint. It is had to explain but it is mostly about the urine.

p.s. I have take around 1000 mg of niacin in 1 day.

you probably have kidney stones. you need to see a doctor. if you have gout the niacin you're taking can exacerbate that condition, which in turn could worsen you kidney stones.
