Answers:

This is called performance nerves. It's the same thing as many actors get immediately before they step on to the stage. However, clearly, you are not going to lie in bed and take a role in a Shakespearean tragedy, although it is turning into one. You gave a clue. You said it's dirty. Forget it buddy. It isn't dirty at all. It's the thought of it being a dirty act that's turning you off.
The problem is caused by (believe it or not) too long at foreplay. You should not take so long to think about what is going to happen. When it is in a state of erection, begin the act, don't keep thinking about it and turning yourself off.
Now, the second part of this concerns your partner. You are going to need a chat about this and explain exactly what you are thinking when this happens. Between you, there should be a solution to the problem (Good pun Daney).
Sex is not supposed to be something that you concentrate on prior to, or during the act. It is an expression of love between two people and it can be fun. Don't take it so seriously, enjoy it, and if you have any problems with doing it, talk with your partner about it. I don't think you need Viagra. I think you need reassurance. And remember this my friend. Calling it dirty is a really gross insult to your partner, so let's leave that word out.
