Workout 6 Days a Week Teenager?!


Question:

Workout 6 Days a Week Teenager?

Hey I want to workout 6 days a week.
My gym is rather simple. leg curl machine, declining bench for abs, chest press machine, shoulder press etc. My gym doesn't have a row machine and machines for the back.
At the moment I cant do even 3 pullups.
I want advise or links to a workout plan given the info I have shown. Thank you.

I would like to know the name of exercises to do each day. For example Day 1 Arms : bicep curl etc.
