How can I get cut up?
I've been working out since like november. I'm at about 165 lbs and I have gotten bigger since when I first started. When I work out I usually do 4 sets of anywhere from 6-12 reps on almost every exercise. Now I wanna get cut up and have a 6 pack. Whats the fastest way? I take no-xplode before my workouts, 3 leukiks before and 3 after, and a protein shake everyday. Other than that I eat alot of chicken, tuna, drink water. Still no 6 pack though. What can I do?
