Should I eat something before doing weight training in the gym?!
Question:
Should I eat something before doing weight training in the gym?
If yes then what?
Should I take protein shake and my breakfast/dinner as soon as I reach home after finishing my workout or should I wait?
What’s the exact criterion?
There are many conflicting answers which I have received from different people so I am totally confused.
Please provide me with the answers.

I usually wait at least an hour after my last meal to go to the gym because I don't want to feel sick or overly full when I'm working out.
As soon as I finish my workout though, I have a protein shake and a snack. It is important to have your protein shake right after you work out because that's when your muscles will need it most.
It's also good to have a protein shake before you go to bed, because your muscles repair more when you are sleeping, so protein will help in this process.
