Actually, I can. I work out 20-30 minutes a day three times a week. The key to building muscle is to start a workout routine that starts out slow and builds gradually. It also takes dedication as it takes about six weeks to see significant results, but they will appear if you stick to it. Also key is diet. I have diabetes, so I have to do something a little more unique, but personally I have a diet of no sugar, protein, and complex carbohydrates. This fuels my body and helps to rebuild muscle after a workout. But key to me is my attitude. If I envision myself as stronger, then I become stronger.
