Another orchiectomy question?!

Another orchiectomy question?

My son just got an orchiectomy done this morning, and they also removed a hernia. The hernia caused the testicle not to drop. It was obstructing its path. He says he needs to go to the bathroom, but when he tries, urine doesnt come out. Why is this?

Hes 10 and the whole surgery went smooth. Now Im thinking, if this is just all in his head or something...Is this normal?

Ask your doctor...it maybe that since he is only ten and the surgery was there, he maybe a little skiddish about going the first time...once he has to go bad enough he will.

But you still need to let your doctor know...
