Does masturbation have negative impacts on building muscle? (for a male)?
testosterone is the most important muscle building hormone. everyone who weight trains knows that. My question is, what does masturbation do to these levels? I know for certain that in some way they are altered.. im just not sure for how long and how much.
im not too concerned with the specifics of what happens at the moment of and following ejaculation, im just wondering about longterm - say.. over the next 5 days? etc etc..

the idea here is to MAXIMIZE muscle growth.. i am smart and understand the basics..
i want to know how to utilize this(or not utilize it) as a way to maximize gains. I would like testosterone levels to be peaked for the longest possible time.. etc etc.
If someone has any solid research or extremely good evidence on why you should limit your amount of masturbation, or increase it.. WHATEVER.. then well.. post up! :]
