How do I get an important answer to a questioner, who got bad answers.?

Sidfs asked a question regarding his height. No one answered properly. He must go to an endocrinologist and get his somatamedin C checked out; it's the important part of Growth Hormone. He can get taller, but every second counts.
Help. How does one even get old questions answered right?

The question is resolved; no new answers. Basically only showed up to ask that question.... Makes me sad.

The idea of going to make a comment sounds promising, but now, because I didn't answer the question--it was resolved--I can't find it. Sorry, but I'm still new here, so any ideas about that one??
I tried search with the name and keywords, no luck....

Edit: yeah if he doesn't except e-mail, and hes not a regular Y!A participant...the only thing you can do is add a comment to his closed out question. Hopefully he went to a doctor. You're a sweet heart for caring!

You have to know the exact wording of the question for it to pop up on previously asked questions search. Might just keep rewording it. Otherwise you're in for a search akin to" the needle in the haystack"...tedious process. do you remember how long ago it was asked? what category?
