Cant ditch Memsahib for something more photogenic, no bloody pre nuptial and bloody huge mortgage on house.
She was quite handsome, in a Zara Phillips way when we met, bonks were rare but pleasant till recently.

Sounds more like a desiring problem rather than a physical one!
Can you not use other methods to arouse yourself? Porno etc or try something new that could give you a new outlook on each other? Sexy undies, new positions etc. I personally feel taking drugs a little extreme!
The one thing I think would certainly sort out, is to ensure you begin to desire her again...and if that is impossible, you could be in trouble!
