I am 44 years old and so far have a clean bill of health. I hear so many reports about the crucial importance of our doing self-exams on our Prostate gland.
Please re. with a website of a diagram of our genitalia and how to properly, effectively and respectfully perform a self-exam down there. - Thanks.

With all due respect - frankly, ulness you're a contortionist you're going to have one heck of a lot of trouble doing a self exam.
Finally, even if you did somehow manage to reach your own prostate you honestly wouldn't know what to feel for in order to know whether or not pathology was present.
I'd suggest you see a primary care physician sooner rather than later both for your physical health as well as to allay your fears.
