Will biking 12 miles in the morning before i eat burn fat for me?
I am 16 5'9 and weight about 175 pounds. I heard biking in the moring before eating will help me loose 10 pounds in two months. The main question is do you think I will be able to get to 160 by september if i do this everyday?

Answers:
your body will actually burn less calories because its still in sleeping/calories saving mode.
breakfast is what makes your body start working and burning calories.
have at least a piece of whole wheat toast before working out because doing it on empty stomach can lead to many health problems including diabetes
