Question: Is the a good workout routine ?
anyway i wanted to lose a little weight (slight "man-boobs" and tone up a little. So I've bought some weights and was going to do this routine;
50 Biceps (curls)
50 Floor Pumps
20 Roof Pumps
20 Dead Weight Side Twists
20 Behind Head Pumps
20 Stomach Crunches
Per-day
if this is ok, how long would it take before a could notice any difference ?
Answers:
Add some cardio, perhaps a 2 mile jog? Also give AT LEAST one days break, DO NOT do this everyday or the only "DIfference" you will notice is extreme pain and torn muscles. Working them out that much is good, and will give results in a matter of 2-3 weeks ASSUMING you give them time to heal and repair themselves properly! :) Also remember a good well balanced and nutrious diet. Just an extra tip, the best time of day to work out is in the morning, NO MORE than an hour after you wake up. Good luck! :)

I would add a short jog, maybe 2-3 miles, and it should be about 2 weeks before you notice a difference.
