Is this normal, or not?!
Question: Is this normal, or not?
Answers:
3 theories:
1) It's all about your lung capacity. People that are singers or athletes have more lung capacity because they, obviously, have to intake a lot more air per note/stride. They are able to do this because their bodies have sort of expanded/adapted to the short air intake they face during these activities. More capacity, more air per breath. You may have a short capacity, and thus the reason why the air is forced out if you are doing intense movements or longer runs.
2) You may be developing a lung problem, like asthma. Smokers and people who suffer from asthma have similar problems.
3) Allergy season is here once again this time of year.
It's your call to see a doctor or not. Just keep it light and steady in the beginning if you continue to run. That's key.
Hi we are all different if you want a really good answer go and see the doctor and ask him about things like this as they have machines which they use to test asthma sufferers and they can tell a lot about your breathing capacity from one particular machine if you are that worried.
bueno en mi opinion no es tan normalmente
