If I get less than roughly 6 and a half to 6 hours of sleep, I will feel nauseou!
Question: If I get less than roughly 6 and a half to 6 hours of sleep, I will feel nauseous and start to dry heave, why?
If I get 7 or more hours of sleep, I am fine and can function normal. But it never happened until about a year ago, I noticed I stayed up all night a few times and will feel sick. But I also noticed if I get 6 and a half hours of sleep or less, I will feel really bad, and actually dry heave a few times. But after I do that, I will be back to normal and actually function properly for the rest of the day and just be a little tired. It is just in the mornings I will feel nauseous. Any ideas why this is? Or how to "cure" this? Going to school now, I find it difficult to always get 7+ hours of sleep now, and I really never have heard of this.
Answers:
Change your priorities to make sure you get at least 8 hours sleep each nite.
It's your body telling you it needs more sleep to function properly the next day.
You probably abuse it by skipping breakfast every day & eating a lot of junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet soda's.
Many weird and bad things happen when you don't get enough sleep, you should try to get 8+ hours of sleep.
