ok so when a guy doesn't want to use condom with a girl what does it mean?

a lot of guys don't like using condoms because intercourse doesn't feel as good.
just note the obvious conciquences- The girl could get pregnant, or you/she could hed an STD or herpes.
When in doubt, PULL OUT.

Stupid as hell comes to mind.
