My right testicle is tickling me. When i touch it it doesnt hurt or burn or anything like that. Itt just tickles for some reason. Is there something wrong? just happend yesturday. im 14. is it a testicular torsion??? it doesnt hurt tho and its been over 6 hours

i think you are just feeling growing pains it all getting bigger , and you will feel and see a lot of change there, its all normal..protect those crown jewels.
TT is painful, so it won't be that.
Likely sensitivity. Just take good care of them, make sure they have room to breathe, etc.
