hi im 16 and i ve noticed for a wile now that i get hormonal from time to time , i feel like crying for no reason and i love my sweets and food in general, i just assumed most guys got this but just not as bad or not at all , i have experienced this for a few years now and it seems to be worse when i spend a alot of time with women .. so yesterday i started feeeling moody and was talking a lot more then normal and had food cravings and now to day i started feeling an unconformable feeling like if i havn t ate food all day then i thought i had wind cramps but i didn t pass much gas at all , it last most of the night from about 5 to 10.30 and now i just feel unconformable and a cramp every now and then .. can any one help me ? can it just be a change in hormones ?

Guys have hormonal changes too and I think this may just be your response to these changes. I wouldn't think it's anything to worry about, but it it's getting you down, maybe you should see a doctor and see what they say and if there's anything they can do to help? But rest assured, you're still feeling better than what most females do when they get their period, so consider yourself lucky! haha :)
