good muscle building and fat losing breakfast?!


Question: Good muscle building and fat losing breakfast?
I just started working out and today i bought some Whey protein shake mix. I keep reading different things saying to have a protein shake in the morning and wait 45 min and heave a "muscle building" breakfast. I just wanted to ask if that was good advice, and what a good "muscle building" breakfast would contain. I am 6'2 210 and i am pretty badly out of shape, so i am looking to lose some weight and build some muscle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
