Tigh foreskin when penis is pulled back..?!

Question: Tigh foreskin when penis is pulled back..?
I pulled my foreskin back over my head for the first time a couple days ago ( Im currently 16 ).
It went over the head pretty easily and I didnt use any lube. The foreskin behind the ring is very tight and I cannot really masturbate with it pulled back, and it kind of hurts when erect. I went to the doctors and they said It will loosen up over time and it's natural. Is there any way I can make it little loose faster ? How would I make it more loose ?

It's not that unusual, this happens when your penis grows faster than your foreskin.

You just need to stretch the foreskin, do it in the bath or shower - the hot water helps to soften the skin.

When you’re erect, just ease the skin back as far as you can without hurting, as this can cause micro tears, which then heal with scars - not what you want. Hold it there for a few minutes, then let it relax. Repeat this as often as you can.

When you’re flaccid, you can insert a clean finger under the foreskin, and gently stretch it, again, don't do it so much that it hurts.

It will take several weeks, or even months, before you see any results, but keep it up daily and you'll get there.

Pulling the foreskin back whenever you pee will help, as will masturbating.

If this doesn't work, you can ask your doctor for some steroid cream, this will help to soften the skin, and make it stretch easier, but I doubt that you'll need to do this.

Finally, ignore anyone who suggests getting a circumcision, they really don't know what they're talking about, a circumcision is almost never required for the problem you have.

While taking a shower, take a hot shower, and slowly try to pull it back and forth.
Keep doing this and along with the increased frequency of your jacking off routines,it will loosen up proper!

Had the same problem at 15.Loosened up befo i turned 16 tho.

As doc said it will take some time.. don't try to be hard it might give you some other problems..

While masturbating use some oils to make you easy. .

It sounds like your foreskin might still be a little tight. There are ways for you to loosen your foreskin, so it doesn't hurt when you retract your foreskin further back (and so it won't get stuck).

The first thing you should try are called stretching exercises. In one stretching exercise, you basically "hooks" one finger on either side of the foreskin and pull in opposite directions as if you're trying to increase the diameter of your foreskin's opening. Stretch and hold the foreskin for 10-20 seconds, then relax for 5-10 seconds, and then repeat for 10-20 minutes every day for maybe a month or so. It's best to do these exercises after a bath/shower when the skin's most flexible. It's important to be diligent about this and do it every day, but don't stretch too hard such that you rip or causes tears in your foreskin, as that'll scar up and make things worse in the long-run. See links 1 and 2 for good detailed instructions on what to do.

If after 3 months and you see little/no progress, then it's a good idea for you to ask your doctor for a prescription cream that helps loosen the foreskin (link 3). If you combine the prescribed cream with the stretching exercises above, the whole process will be quicker and easier. In almost all cases of a tight foreskin the above treatments are all that's necessary. So you can ignore any suggestions or recommendations to get circumcised, as that's just not necessary.
