Question: What are a few tips to help me grow to my bodys potential?
i want to be able to gain a few inches. im 16 and only 5'7 i weigh about 125 lbs. skinny although i dont like it i need to gain weight but in a healthy way. my dads side of the family is tall but hes short due
to being unhealthy and smoking ,so is my mom.
