Question: 10 points pls help cut oPen?

MY bf has gotten into a fight and during the fight they pushed him n he sliced His head open about a cm there was blood but now It stopped I tried looking at it but cant relli see Anything bcos of the dried up blood it obv hurts him and stains Anyone any advice should we leave it and I think it might be cut open a bit too thanks

Wash it very good with warm water then place a bandage on it. Keep a very close eye on it! If it gets worse or his whole hand starts to hurt go to the ER.

Any head wound will bleed a lot. Wash the cut and watch him carefully. If he becomes nauseated, vomits, has a headache, blurry vision or feels dizzy, don't let him sleep and take him to the ER. Whether he's been hit in the head or not, he could have bruised his brain in the midst of the fight. A concussion is serious.

He could have a concussion. Check on him every couple of hours. Make sure he doesn't bleed too much. The cut really isn't that big.
