Why am I seeing things further at night when its all dark when I have a fever?!

At night time , I have a weird dream. Then , I wake up due to that. I hear loud sounds in my head. So I tried to get back on my sleep. I open my eyes and I see that my room is further than its suppose to be. For example , my computer, its suppose to stay no further than 4m from my bed to my computer. but when I look at it at night with this fever. I look at it at around 8m. When I look, it seems so far than I realize. It seems like my vision got further. o-o. Its so weird. but when I woke up , it was all fine . Any reasons why this would happen ?
