Both Cialis and Viagra work in the same way. I don't think you or even a medical professional could tell the difference. If there is a medical reaction such as the long term erection (4 hrs or more), then the doctor would deal with the result, not the specific cause. The medical profession seems to be oriented this way.

Basically no, they are both PDE5 inhibitors but Cialis has a longer half life.
