Question: Can diagnostics test for diarrhea find thc in the stool sample?
I smoked marijuana for the first time for three days. After that I vomited twice and had excessive liquid diarrhea for a period of nine days. On the tenth day, I went to get checked by a physician and I had to get my stool examined by Quest Diagnostics, for bacteria or parasites. Will they find thc in my stool? Thanks.

They will not be testing for THC in your stool sample. Even if they somehow found out you had THC in your system, doctor-patient confidentiality means that you will not get in trouble. Possibly only the condescending remarks of your doctor, but just ignore it.
Anything is possible. It can stay in your system up to 30 days.
