Why am I experiencing pain on the right side of my chest when I breathe in?!

Question: Why am I experiencing pain on the right side of my chest when I breathe in?
I've been lifting weights this past week so I'm sure this has something to do with it. The pain started yesterday morning and it might even be a little worst this morning. The pain almost just under my rib cage I think. It also hurts when I do sudden movements. But the worst is if I try to take big breaths in.

Is this just a muscle strain or something to worry about

Answers:

I,ve had this before on my left side and got lots of tests done on my heart and lungs and nothing showed up , they just said it was pressure on the chest wall due to all the weight lifting i do, btw i have had it on/off for over 3 years now.

EDIT: I meant to say , you should get it checked out just for peace of minds sake , but its probably nothing to worry about.

It could be that you are exercising a lot and are sore
