My Penis is:
Flaccid-
Length: 3 inches (7.5cm)
Girth: 4 inches (10cm)
Erect-
Length: 5 inches (12.5cm)
Girth: 5 inches (12.5cm)
These are my exact measurements. Are they normal for a 16 and a half year old? Cos my dad's seems a lot bigger (flaccid) when he gets it out when he has itchy balls... His balls also seem a lot bigger than mine. I feel that my penis and balls are under developed even though I am sure I am finished or coming very near to the end of puberty considering I have a very hairy body... I am concerned about the size of my penis! Please answer :/

You are very average, nothing to worry about, mine didn't get to its biggest till i was about 26 or27, and it never got to the size of yours. All people are different, the average is 4 1/2 to 6. Nothing to worry about, you will probably be 6 or very close to it.

Your normal...dont sweat it. Plus your still growing and your dad is an adult so it would be different and unfair to compare a 16 YO to an adult.
