how do you get rid of pimples on the penis?!

(16 year old, not sexually active) it started out as a pimple but i kept popping it, so it was fine. may have been a bad idea, but it always seems to work with the other pimples. but as weeks went on, it started getting bigger and bigger but it still popped back down all the way, it seemed to be a white head. now it's a couple months after and it increased to about an inch and is raised about a centimeter and a half off the skin level of my penis. i am starting to believe it's a wart, but praying its not because i don't want to freeze it off.(had it on my fingers twice and it hurts, god knows what it feels like on the penis) when erect at 8 and a half inches the "zit" seems to grow a bit bigger and is right in the middle on the bottom side of my penis, please help me.
