The average sperm count ranges from 20 million to more than 100 million sperm in each milliliter of semen. While these are normal ranges, men with sperm count in the upper ranges usually have a better chance of impregnating a woman because many sperm aren't strong enough to complete the journey to the egg. I think you mistaken.. like what others said.. sperm count is the about of sperm per ml.. not the quantity of ejaculation

which means u cant do the sperm count at home.. it has to be done in a laboratory!
