Yes. It happened once to one of my friends. After he was done having sex with his girlfriend he noticed that all he had around his dick was the rubber ring at the base and the rest was missing. He had to fish out the other part of the condom from his girlfriends vagina and then hope that she did not get pregnant. Was a scary time for them both!

Yup, if 1 gets too excited. 1 of my ex's & I were, yeah, & we had to finish quick, cuz my mom was in the living room, & my door wasnt closed [we were animals, dang], & he went too fast, I guess, or strained, cuz it was a bit small for him [clinic gave them to him], & pop! He jumped off me quick, thinking he'd done something to me, & that ended our quickie, he was REALLY scared, was no point in even trying anymore, lol =]

Yes it happens all the time. You have to be careful that you use condoms correctly, and put them on correctly.
Condoms only work when used properly. You need to make sure the condom fits right and won't come off during sex.

Yes. Also,non-latex condoms are more likely to break.

(*this is one reason why a back-up method of BC is recommended. Such as the girl being on the pill and/or using a spermicidal lubricant.)

Of course-- this is one of the risks of condom use. It does not 100% protect against pregnancy or STDs because it can break. It also needs to be put on correctly.
