Question: I need to lose some belly fat fast !?
Hey,

I really need to lose some belly fat,I have about 9 days to do it,i don't need to get it all lost but the more the better.
Also i don't think its "Unhealthy" As i DON'T have A LOT of fat.I'm sure its less then 2 pounds.As i heard losing more then 2 pounds is not good for you.
Please help me on this.

Dump the junk food, fast food garbage, sugary sweet soda's & sports drinks.
No smoking - no beer/ale - no booze - no drugs.
Eat healthy. Drink LOTS of water to keep the traffic moving.
Snack on RAW fruit & veggies.
Get up one hour early EVERY morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner.
Start doing push ups - pull ups - sit ups - skipping rope - bike riding - swimming - skateboarding - rollerblading - and go bowling.
