Soak in warm baths every night over the next week this heat is not trapped like it is in youre underwear and or pants !.!.just soak and relax because not only will it help the soreness but it will aid in healing !.
when you wash youre penis head especially underneath youre foreskin be very very careful until this heals do not use anything other than a mild soap !.!.ivory would be best !.!.be sure to dry well after wards remember if moisture is present bacteria can grow !.

It may be as simple as a yeast infection, this can be caused by failing to clean properly under the foreskin, to the first sign of diabetes!. As embarrassing as it is, go to your local doctor and have them give you the once over, they will be able to dispel most of your fears on the first visit!.
