Question: Did i exercise enough for today!? help meh please!?
Breakfast i had 2 small oranges, 2 eggs, and 2 small tortillas!. total calories were 380!.
lunch was 6 saltine crackers and a soup of rice, potatos, carrots, green beens, and pieces of chicken!. idk how many calories, but the crackers were 72
dinner i ate 2 small pieces of roast with a potato and some carrots!.
i did 92 minutes of tae-bo today!. Should i do another 30 mins!? how many calories do you think were in the roast and soup i had!? thanks!.

Generally if you eat about 2,000 calories a day and exercise for at least an hour, then you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
