Yes, i would say that length is normal!. I am 15 years old and mine is about 5 inches when erect but otherwise about 3 inches when it is not!. If that is when it is erect then you are fine and that is normal but if is it that length when it isnt then you are "bigger" then most 15 year old guys!.
