After long hours of doing computer work, I've noticed that my posture has begun to arc towards my chest!. So I've decided to improve my posture!.

Get up an hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner!. Walk with your shoulders held back, head held level, swing your arms!. Try elevating your computer a little higher!. I bought some 'risers' at Circuit City pretty reasonable to put underneath my computer to raise it up 2 to 4 inches off the desk!. I tilt the monitor back so my head is not bent down in order to read the screen!. Try sitting where your back touches the back of your chair to help keep you from slumping forward!. Keep a 2 lb!. dunb bell weight at your desk to exercise each arm frequently duing the day to help keep the kinks out of your muscles!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
