i used to work out a lot and used to be able to rep out 205 on the bench when i weighed 145 but i stopped working out 9 months ago and now i want to gain it back as soon as possible!. any supplements any special diet!? etcWww@Answer-Health@Com

you probably don't need anything man!. just get back at it and you should be up to your previous max in a month or two!. your real problem will be your wrists/elbows etc!. the majority of that muscle you built up until 9 months ago is still there!. 9 months isn't that longWww@Answer-Health@Com
