dude dont worry you are the same as me tbh, i am 17 and 5f6 but my last spirt was about 14 and i grew about 4 inches!.!.!.u will grow trust me if u eat well and drink milk and water and do a sport sleep well you will grow a good 5 inches trust me u are only 16 u got a good 3 to 4 years of growth!.!.!.!. my doc told me i have a good 5 inches to grow yet and my mum is your height and my dad 5ft7 and a half but he smoked alot when he was younger so he didnt reach his potential!.!.!.!.u should wieght around 9/10 stone!.!. but if you dont grow alot you will end up about 5ft7 no doubt Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, muscle does not weight more than fat!. Muscle is only denser than fat!. You should really only worry about your weight when you see changes in your appearance!. If you got manboobs your too fat, if you can clearly see your ribs, then you are too skinny!. But keep this in mind, you can never be too strong!. as long as its 200lbs of muscle and not fat your alright!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if ur over 150 see a Doctor for loosing weight if nt over that and ur around 130-140 ur ok but are u muscle or fat cause muscle is more weight than fat so i hope this helped Www@Answer-Health@Com
