I woke this morning and felt the the skin on my head, on the left side of the head was kinda numb!. the skin!. Is it normal!?

More than likely the way that you were sleeping caused a little pressure on one of the nerves in the skin on your head, and it just kind of "fell asleep," the way that your arm, hand, leg or foot can fall asleep and tingle or be numb!.
I don't think that there's anything to worry about, as the brain is internally supplied with blood, that has little to do with the surface of the skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
