Question: Men's swimming pool changing room!?
Many guys in the changin room walk around and shower nude!.
I'm not used to being nude but i would like to do it at times when my friends aren't around!.
I'm not gay or anything but Im worried I'll get an erection just by the thought of being nude in public!. What if someone I know walks in!?

The ONLY way to shower is nude as you cannot clean your genital area if you have trunks or underwear on!. This is particularly important after swimming as you MUST remove all the chlorine (including from under the foreskin if uncircumcised) otherwise you can develop a rash or even an infection!.
It is not unusual to feel strange the first few times that you go naked between your locker and the shower, but you will soon get used to it!. In general it is only the very insecure folk who try to remain covered up at all times!. It is difficult and looks stupid to try to change into/out of underwear inside a towel that you are having to hold up with one hand!
Just get on with it and get used to it!. Don't worry if you do happen to get an erection - it is rare and nobody will comment anyway!. If somebody you know walks in just acknowledge them as you would anywhere else and get on with what you are doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some guys may get erect if they aren't used to being nude themselves!. So the sensation is more about how it feels for their own body than seeing other guys nude!. So just spend more time nude yourself, get used to being nude while sleeping, or if hanging out alone at home and you will then be more used to being without clothes!. And who cares if someone you know walks in!. They will be nude too, and most guys know other guys in locker rooms!. I have learnt that others will notice your body including an erection if it occurs!.!.!. but won't care!. This will happen to the best of people the first time they visit a lockeroom or public shower and the guys in the rooom won't care!. And if someone walks in (like someone you know) neither will they!.

Try thinking about being nude in public at home, before going to the locker room, so you can have your erection in private!. It should go down by the time you get to the pool!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
its just something you get used to, i was a little anxious at first but if you don't think about it and just get on with what you are doing, changing or showering then you should have no problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
