Question: What happens if a boy doesn't put on muscle during puberty!?
Since that is the time when you put on the most muscle (without supplements or steroids!.!.!. they're bad, or not tested by the FDA), what happens if you don't put on muscle then!? Will you be able to put on the same amount no matter what age you are!?
