How to get lower blood pressure readings?!

Question: How to get lower blood pressure readings!?
I'm a 19 year old college student, I run about thirty to forty miles a week!. I'm 6' 4" 180 lbs!. I eat better then most of my friends, and I don't know of anyone in my family with high blood pressure!.

I really need cash, so I want to get paid doing clinical drug trials, however I was kicked out of one of the studies for having a reading of 149 / 60!. I figured I might have white coat syndrome!. I want to know how to lower my reading!? There anything I could do during or a few hours or days before to get it under 140!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If it is white coat syndrome practice relaxation techniques!. Deep slow breaths or any of the methods you can find on the net!.
Go to a drug store that has one of those machines!. Test yourself and see!. If it is high try the relaxation exercise and see if it goes down!.

If white coat syndrome is not the problem look up the DASH diet on drmirkin!.com and follow it for at least 2 weeks for results!.

You can also look for a high blood pressure drug trial, there are a lot of them going on right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What!? You have to beg for beta blockers, they are street resellable!. (they cure stage fright) But white coat syndrome raises the diastolic, (bottom number) I'd have that checked out!. Don't freak out but read this to understand the possible, and I say possible danger!.

High systolic pressure seems to be a significant indicator for heart complications, including death, in all ages, but especially in middle-aged and older adults!. In fact, elevated systolic pressure can pose major risks even in situations where the diastolic is normal!. The greater the difference between the systolic and diastolic values, the higher the risks!. The following table can be used as a useful bench mark to determine your pressure status!.High Normal Pressure Systolic 130 to 139 mm HgWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, your blood pressure is too high and you need treatment for your health, not to take part in studies! Go and see a doctor, who will probably put you on Beta Blockers!. Just in case he doesn't warn you, these can cause erectile dysfunction in some!. You may be able to manage with diet and lifestyle change, but you really need to see a doctor!. This is not something to be ignored!. It can only get worse, untreated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, take salt completely out of your diet!. reduce it as much as possible!.

If it is white coat, take deep breaths, research relaxation techniques online and try to implement them!.

Try practising at the local pharmacy where they have those sit down blood pressure testers!.
