How often are growth spurts?!
Question: How often are growth spurts!?
I'm a little worried about my growth height!. I'm a Chinese American (about 5'4"-5'5") and I probably live up to the stereotype, but I was wondering how often do growth spurts happen!?
I read somewhere that there's a period where your height stays stable for a bit, and then you hit a growth spurt!. This past year I've only grown about 1 or 2 inches and I've already surpassed my dad's height by an inch or so!. (Note: I play American Handball and Volleyball and started doing daily stretches and drink a lot of milk)

its different for everyone!.!.
almost everyone has a growth spurt when they're born!.!. as they grow rapidly!.!.
the second one is during puberty which is different from everyone usually 10 - 18 are the key times (anytime during those ages)
heredity also plays a role!.!.!. so if ur parents arent that tall then it'll be hard for u to be tall aswell!.!.!.
